1. Potential participants must be above 18 years old.
2. Participants are encouraged to open an account with Al-Rajhi Bank for transacting payments.
3. Participants must understand the Murabahah Programme concept and regulations prior to transacting.
4. The Murabahah agreement cannot be cancelled before maturity date.
5. The Contribution Principal and Payment Certificates must be kept in a
safe place. If the certificates are lost or in damaged condition, the
Participant has to lodge a police report and be present the same at a
recognized BATC office for a replacement copy of the certificates.
6. The Payment Certificates must be in good condition when surrendered to
BATC.
7. All Payment Certificates are under the ownership of BATC Development.
8. Payment Certificates cannot be transacted, transferred or be charged to
any other parties.
9. Any amendments in the Murabahah Programme details can only be made and
approved in writing by BATC.
10. BATC has the right to cancel any Murabahah programme if the
Participant's details are found to be untrue and do not comply with the
conditions of the Programme.
